As a student activist, Dina led the fight to freeze student fee increases at CSU. She began her career as a preschool teacher and later worked at LAUSD. Dina will be an advocate to:
Expand preschool for children
Prepare students for 21st century jobs
Ensure affordable college

DEFENDING OUR ENVIORNMENT

At the Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technologies, Dina worked to address our climate crisis and create clean energy jobs. In the Assembly, Dina will work to:
Combat Climate Change
Create jobs in emerging sectors
Protect our natural resources

OVERCOMING ADVERSITY

The daughter of immigrants, Dina knows the challenges families face in achieving a better life. An at-risk youth in high school, a quality education changed Dina’s life. She will fight to:

Address homelessness
